Our Starlink SMEs conducted an initial offsite assessment to evaluate the installation point of the Starlink dish and the possible cable routing path. Stated below the collected information to facilitate efficiently the service request.

Following the offsite assessment, we sent the detailed job order for approval. Once approved, we arranged the installation schedule with our Keller, TX Starlink installers.

After completing the installation, our team conducted a Starlink alignment test to confirm the dish was optimally positioned for uninterrupted satellite connectivity. This involved a detailed assessment of the dish’s placement, such as elevation angle, azimuth direction, and any possible obstructions like trees, buildings, or nearby structures.
Then, the Starlink Speed Test was conducted to test the system’s internet performance. It’s important to note that Starlink can take up to 12 hours to synchronize with the satellite network fully.
